Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Biblo mobile application (the "App") operated by the Biblo Team ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App is licensed to you, not sold. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Apple App Store Terms

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's Terms of Service, Apple's Terms of Service shall govern solely with respect to Apple's role as distributor of the App. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

A. Biblo Pro Subscription

Certain features of the App are available only through a paid subscription ("Biblo Pro"). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees.

B. Billing and Renewal

Your subscription will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan.

C. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, you may be charged for the subscription at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

D. Cancellation and Refunds

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies. We do not offer refunds directly.

4. User Content

The App allows you to upload photos to create custom themes ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features to you.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content, and that your User Content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or any related systems or networks;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App;
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the App without our express written permission;
• Upload any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Biblo Team and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Scripture Content: All Bible verses and scripture content included in the App are sourced from publicly available translations. We acknowledge the rights of the respective copyright holders of the Bible translations used.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE BIBLO TEAM, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Biblo Team and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
