This Privacy Policy describes how the Biblo Team ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of our mobile application, Biblo (the "App").

We collect information to provide and improve our App, and to offer you a personalized spiritual experience. The types of information we collect are:

A. Information You Provide to Us

• User Content: We collect the photos you upload to create custom themes for your verses. These images are stored on our servers to allow you to access your custom themes across devices.
• Communications: If you contact us for support, we will collect the information you provide in your communications.

B. Information We Collect Automatically

• Usage Information: We collect information about your interactions with the App, such as which features you use, which Topics you select, which verses you save, and the frequency and duration of your activities. This helps us understand how our users engage with the App so we can improve it.
• Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the App, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers (such as the IDFA), and mobile network information.
• Crash and Performance Data: We automatically collect diagnostic and performance data, such as crash logs, to identify and fix bugs and improve the stability of the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features;
• Personalize your experience by showing you content relevant to your selected Topics;
• Allow you to create and access your custom themes;
• Communicate with you, including responding to your comments and questions and providing customer support;
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our App;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities and protect the rights and property of the Biblo Team and others.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following circumstances:

• Service providers essential for app operation: Firebase for analytics and crash reporting, AWS for cloud hosting
• Legal authorities if required by law

We never sell any information.

4. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR or CCPA), these may include the right to access, correct, or delete the information we have about you.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

The App is not intended for or directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the "Effective Date" at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification).
